Question: What does the Early Bird ticket cover?
Answer: The Early Bird ticket will cover admission to our main event on Saturday 17th August 2024 which covers our daytime concert and our evening concert at the Clickimin Leisure Centre only. NOTE: The evening concert is Over16’s only.
Question: Can you buy seperate daytime and evening concert tickets?
Answer: Yes, we will be opening General Sales at 18:00 on Friday 5th April 2024 where you can buy a range of tickets.
Question: How many tickets can i buy?
Answer: We have applied a limit of 4 tickets per order.
Question: Why can i not see tickets for sale and its 6PM?
Answer: Our ticket agent makes the tickets available for sale at 6PM and you will have to re-fresh your page / browser in order to see the tickets which are available.
Question: How long do i have to complete check-out?
Answer: We have set the shopping cart checkout time to between 5 and 8 minutes. This should allow plenty of time to complete the transaction – after this time the tickets will become available for others to purchase.
Question: Can I buy a combined Daytime & Evening Concert ticket in General Sales?
Answer: Yes you can – you can either purchase the individual tickets, or choose the combined daytime and evening concert tickets.
Question: Why did the items in my basket dissapear?
Answer: If you have multiple devices sharing one internet connection all trying to buy tickets at the same time continually refreshing the ticket agent may determine this as a potential ticket tout/bot so we highly recommend you only connect and try to purchase on ONE DEVICE at a time. Else, if you take more than 5-8 minutes to complete check-out the items will be removed.
